1. If you need purchase information sent to you, please include a real name and/or order number. Sometimes I can't look up things without this information and e-mail information does change.

2. Don't try and run ASA and ASE on 2 different computers, both in Online Mode. The license check will still recognize this and you will quickly run out of activations. If you want to make a computer switch, that is fine, but ASA/ASE cannot be run in Online Mode on more than one computer.

With three or more locations where users can post questions and ask for support, the support staff is asking that you just chose one of those means or locations to post or write to us. We know you want the best support possible, and we want to provide that to you, so there is no need to post for support issues here, at AVSIM, and/or through our e-mail system all at the same time. It is my main responsibility to answer to all these locations and it is enough just to post in one place, but confusing if you post in more than one. In-development builds of ASA are now available for public beta testing. You can find them in the support and download section. They will be updated and made available periodically as new enhancements/fixes are implemented, providing virtually immediate availability of changes. As these are beta builds without full testing, there may be certain problems and you should always use a beta build at your own risk. Please make bug reports to support@hifisim.com indicating which build you are running. Thanks for your participation!

ASA SP1 has been officially released and is now available at our downloads page!

This update has been in beta for the past several months and with the help of the beta teams both internal and public, loads of enhancements and fixes have been made.  SP1 is a recommended update for all ASA users.
