Not directly as with X Graphics, but indirectly using the Snapshots:
1. Start ASA and REX.
2. With FS closed, submit textures from REX to FS.
3. In ASA take a snapshot and assign to a weather category.
4. Repeat #2-3 for as many snapshots as you want.
Now when you process a plan, ASA will ask if you wish to install a Snapshot based on the route weather conditions.
