Suface winds@56 knots?

Hi,

I downloaded ASA a few days ago and it seems to work fine. But when landing the last time, i noticed that the surface winds were set at 56 knots and the outside temperature was -45C.. I checked the report screen and noticed that these parameters corrisponded to FL300.. Both surface winds and temperature in the report screen were ok: just 6 knots and 18°C. I clicked on refresh button but nothing changed.. both winds and temp were not updated in FSX.. Automatic downloads was active as well so it should have updated the situation regularly.. Any ideas?

Second question: turbolence seems to be pretty severe quite often.. it's not like that in real world.. is that normal when using ASA?

Third question: how can I know the ASA version I'm using? I read a lot of people writing about build 422, 431 versions.. are these beta versions? I would like to update if possible.. (don't know if I need to, considering I downloaded the program just a couple of days ago..).

Furthermore sometimes ASA can't load flight plans properly: just dep and dest airports get loaded. Some other times I don't experiance any poblems.

I'm using Windows Vista 64, fsx (sp1 and 2), FSUIPC 4.5 (registered version).
