upgrade to ASE - activation key issue

In reading the notes for the new release Active Sky Evolution, I noticed it was touted as a free upgrade for current ASA license holders. In my browsing the other products in the catalog, I noticed there was a bundle package with ASX and X Graphics which would save a few dollars over buying them each individually.

I thought that would be a great opportunity to get the new weather update, as long as a long-overdue graphics update as well, and save a little money in the process.

Lo and behold, after the download, install of X Graphics went great, ran it and entered my purchase key. Set a few settings, and closed it up (All appeared normal)

Then opened ASE - having read the notice on the download page "Note that ASA and ASE keys work for either product." - I believe this was where my mistake was, as I thought this meant ActiveSky X or ActiveSky Advanced.

If Active Sky X is not eligible for an upgrade, would you please cancel my order - or transfer my ActiveSky X purchase value toward Active Sky Evolution and let me know what remaining balance might be due in order to get a valid ASE key.

Additional note: I see now you guys added a section on the site:

" All ASA customers can upgrade to ASE at no charge by visiting our support and downloads page. This offer is available for a limited undetermined time, so get your upgrade now!
Note that the free upgrade applies to ASA only, not previous products. "

I'm assuming this is because you are getting multiple inquirires similar to mine.
