1st thoughts and small issue's with ASE

Overall very impressed with the latest edition to Hifi software, I can see the difference to ASA. Well done

But :-

1, I found that myself and a few other pilots have indicated to controllers our altitude is about 500 feet lower on there screen, that that indicated on the aircraft when selected to the local QNH . I did ask other pilots if they were using ASE before i posted this, and all so far are using ASE.

Today was LPMA, with a QNH 1015 and at 4000ft on my LevelD but showed as 3500ft on controllers screen.

2, Also found that I have to totally disable any FSUIPC weather for ASE to show correctly with my Level D, if I dont I have major difference to the weather download to that on my sim.

3, I no longer seem to have the Temp flutuation that I had with ASA when flying, so farso that all good.

Hi,

For #1, please try a new flight. We were experiencing some Internet data problems around that same time that could have caused this.

For #2, yes, in FSUIPC you should be using default settings and weather settings off.

Excellent for #3!!

Thanks,
