Network configuration - FSX crash

Hello Hifi team!
I´m using ASE in network configuration. As soon as ASE starts to load the weather into FSX, the fsx shut down and starts again. No special failure report!
I also use ASA in network configuration and it works fine. I just installed ASE beside ASA on the same Laptop. Is there any conflict potencial to do it in that way?
Hope there is an solution for me because I dont like the high clouds with ASA.

Small Update: For testing I

For testing I installed ASE on my desktop-PC with the FSX. There it works! It also works in network configuration when I use ASE in offline modus from my laptop.
As soon as I´m in online mode the FSX crashes down "fatal error..." I cant test it very much (switching between Desktop PC and Laptop) because my activation limit reaches very fast its limit ;-)
As I have already mentioned above, ASA works very fine in network configuration.
Any idea?

In case of no solution for my problem, is there a possibility to patch ASA`s high clouds problem? Probably handisch? I´m very satisfied with ASA beside the cloud problem!

Did another re-install, check
Did another re-install, check all .xml .ini according to the manual but nothing helps.
But this time I get failure report after FSX crashing - probably helpful!?

Latest ASE Log File
Sorry for the long post but I wasn`t able to modify the last two posts.
I just managed to aviod that ASA and ASA each time is asking for the FSX folder. Ich changed it in the registry. So forget the two log files above.
The ASE and ASE log files looks much better now but unfortunely the problem with the FSX crash using ASE still remains!

I think I was able to locate the source of the error. I found out that when I replace the ASE/Option folder with the ASA/Option Folder that it aviod the FSX crashes!
Any idea why???
