ASE is not working at all

Hi,
Since one hour my new ASE is not working - ITs uploading at the beginning - than i would like to import a flightplan from FS 9 - he is loading and loading and than he tells me ASE is not reacting and the program is shuting down. This is really unpleasant spending 39 Dollars on a new programm.
