ASv6 Build 523 - Updated WinXP From SP1 to SP3: ActiveRadar Issues

Hello Everyone,

I have been using ActiveSky for YEARS and have encountered my first "problem". I recently (finally) upgraded my WinXP OS from SP1 to SP3. I have been running ASv6 Build 523 for some time now with no problems.

Since the OS upgrade, my ActiveRadar does not display rain. Weather in the sim is correct as well as the Weather Tracking mode of ActiveRadar. Winds also displays correctly in the ActiveRadar "radar" screen.

I fly through a thunderstorm- thunder & lightning / rain / turbulence....but no radar depiction of precipitation. Kinda weird.

I don't know if this is the correct forum as I'm still running ASv6.5 and don't even know if it's supported anymore, but someone might have had the same problem at one time.
