Forum Guidelines

Some quick forum guidelines! First, if you are having a problem you need help with, make sure to include very important information like which software product, which version, which version of FS. All our products produce log files (usually in the appdata location) and including log text is very helpful as well. Finally, screenshots showing the problem can also help.

Remember, BETA BUG REPORTS should be e-mailed to us as instructed, and not posted on the forums, otherwise they may never get properly logged and addressed.

Finally, HiFi reserves the right to manage the forums how we see fit, and this may include deleting offensive or problematic posts. Basically, keep it clean and nice please! If you can't do that, your post will most likely be removed.
