Weather depiction problem with fs9 and ASA

Weather is not loading properly when using fs9 in online or offline mode. I loaded a blizzard using wx config. and it started to snow, stopped and became overcast although the visibility appeared wrong. The same thing happened when I loaded a thunderstorm. It started to rain, stopped and became overcast. I have done this at least 25 times or more.
So far to fix the problem I have tried running both ASA and fs9 as administrator, rebuilt the fs config. file, reinstalled FSUIPC ver 3.9., tried turning off local range suppression, checked lock to closest on report screen.
I noticed that when I attempted to clear all weather using the FSUIPC module nothing happened The overcast skies did not clear . Reinstalling FSUICP did not help.

If the Clear Weather button in FSUIPC does not work, then something is wrong with your FSUIPC install. That is where I would look. Is it a unregistered or registered version?

I made 2 flights with different weather.The first one looked normal although I did not go all the way to the destination airport the wx on ATIS was correct. The second flight had incorrect wx at destination airport.

Nothing is ever connected for a long enough period of time. You re-freshed AI Traffic twice and moved to a different location at least once so ASA is never connected to FS long enough to be able to send FS any data.
You should update to the latest version of FSUIPC and then see what happens.

I installed the latest
I installed the latest version of FSUIPC. I ran 2 more flights. The first was fine. The second flight had incorrect weather. I did not hit the refresh AI or refresh weather buttons. The log file shows the same kind of connects, disconnects, multiple refresheses and/or location changes during the flight. I went to the airport and flew to a destination. That was it.
I have had some problems getting fs9 to run on Vista. I have to exit the application after each flight because when I minimize I can't maximize the application again. I know a number of other people have had the same problem. I don't know if this is having some effect on the operation of ASA. I know I can run AS 6.5 so I think that's what I will do from now on.
