Is it possible to download wx files wothout using AS6.5

Hi there,

I work on a ferry crossing the North Sea from england to Holland and I was wondering if it is possible to download active wx files without using the AS6.5 interface, I will explain why.

My ship spends the whole day in England, and the next day in Holland. When in England i can use my mobile internet dongle to download the latest wx files in AS6.5, however in Holland my dongle does'nt work, therefore I have no internet access on my laptop where AS6.5 and FS2004 are installed, however i can access the internet via a computer in the ships office, although this pc does not have AS6.5 installed. i was wondering if it is possible to download wx files and then transfer them on a memory stick to my laptop where i can then load them up with As6.5.

I f this is possible, where can I download the files from?
