Got ASA (and AS 6 and 6.5) and FSX. Need help installing ASA

I've just upgraded my OS (to Win 7), I love FS but haven't been that active with it for a long time.

I own FS9, AS6 and AS6.5.

But on this machine so far I've just installed FSX.

Now I want to install my Active Sky.

How do I do this ??

Must I install AS6, and then AS6.5 and then ASA ??

But to install AS6 etc I need to install FS9 ???????????

This seems crazy to me, there comes a time where one only wants to install the latest software on one's computer, not a stream of old software just to install to the latest via a string of upgrades ??

Isn't there a simpler way ??
