Hi,
Do not install ASA into the Programs Folder in Win 7. If it is, please download the HiFi Key Reset tool from:
http://dreamcatcher.hifisim.com/HiFiKeyReset.zip
unzip the exe to a folder on the pc where ASA is installed and double click on the exe to run it. Then uninstall ASA, manually delete the 2 ASA folders that are left behind, and then reinstall outside of the Program Files folder. Now run ASA, enter your license again, and update.

Thanks and Happy New Year :)
