Activation Problem

I purchase the ASA last year from simMarket and activated succesful.
I have changed my notebook recently (WIN7, FSX ACC), ASA could be activated with the serial during the installtion, but when it refresh the weather data,it appears "Your license key is not yet activated, or is invalid...", click OK button,then says "This license has already been activated on other computers several times..."
Can anyone help me ?

I have just changed my e-mail acnt. on trying to reactivate my copy of Active Sky Advanced and have been toold to contact support .I copied my reg key directly from the email provided by Sim markt.com. would you please advise on hopow to activatethis program
