Active sky 6,5 and windows7

I tried to re-install AS6,5 on new Windows7 PC.
When I run the Flight1wrapper.exe ( I buyed AS at Flight1 site) after the usual permission request nothing else happens: the install simply doesn't start, even if run under administrator account.
What's the next step ?

Double check with Flight1 and see what needs to be done to run their wrapper under Win 7.
